I’m happiest when working to deliver projects in a way that will make people’s lives better.

Prior to Kocho, I worked for Microsoft for nearly 20 years in a variety of roles – starting as an Identity Management Consultant and ending by leading a Digital Transformation Practice.

I’m a Prosci certified Change Management Practitioner, and I’m also a trustee for two charities, using my skills and experience to support my local community to develop, grow, and support those who are vulnerable.

I bring together the companies of the Kocho group, ensuring we have effective systems, processes, and ways of working. I’m a techy on the inside with a business change architect exterior, with a strong track record of finding solutions to challenges.

I feel great getting out in the garden, creating beauty to share with family, friends and neighbours – and occasionally lying in the hammock, just enjoying it!
