Perry Dowell | Chief Financial Officer, Kocho

My passion lies in driving meaningful change, enhancing the experience of both customers and employees alike.

I have over three decades of experience as a senior finance executive, operating at board level in large corporates, public and private sector. And over the last decade, in the start-up/scale-up world.

I joined RedPixie as a start up in 2014, growing the business to a successful exit to Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2018. I also worked as CFO at BlueVenn and exited that business to Upland Software in 2021.

I’m a strategic leader with proven ability to drive shareholder and investor value. My expertise lies in building multi-disciplinary teams, defining and implementing strategy and vision, and re-engineering complex multi-site businesses.

As Chief Financial Officer, I lead on all things financial, driving the strategy of the business, as well as heading up legal and compliance.

My ‘Become Greater’ ambition is to deliver the same sustainable change to Kocho as I have to every organisation I have worked with, such as Ford, Mercedes Benz UK, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, the NHS, and McKinsey & Company.
