Great security and risk management is about the basics – get those right first.

Originally from South Africa, I’m now based in London. I joined Kocho in 2013 as Head of Service Delivery. I’ve since held Chief Technology Officer, Director of Managed Services, Director Information Security, and (now) Global Operations Director positions.

I’ve been here through rapid growth and high-velocity change, and built service operations that include Global Managed Cloud, End User Workplace, Applications and Security Services – all supported by our ESG and GRC functions.

My primary focus has always been ensuring we provide the best client experience possible. Helping to foster a client-first culture that is central to Kocho’s values.

I work across departments and teams to ensure we fully understand client requirements and deliver the most valuable managed services. Achieving the most from modern technology is always central to my thinking – keen to ensure our clients get the best protection in an ever-changing threat landscape.

We are certified under accredited ISO standards and align with industry frameworks like NIS, CIS, and MITRE.

I know the value of great people. And our business is all about the people. We have fantastic teams who are passionate about their practice and truly enjoy their jobs. It’s why I love my job!
