Held at the Century City Convention Centre in Cape Town on 18 October, the event celebrated the region’s best in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Organised by CapeBPO in partnership with the City of Cape Town and the Western Cape Government, the awards recognise the innovation, talent, and community impact driving one of Africa’s fastest-growing digital sectors.
