We’re proud to announce that Kocho has achieved the Microsoft Analytics on Azure specialisation, recognising its proven capability to design and deliver enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions on Azure.
Kocho has officially achieved the Microsoft Analytics on Azure Specialisation, marking a major milestone as the business heads into 2026. This is Kocho’s second Azure specialisation, reinforcing its position as a trusted Microsoft partner for complex cloud transformation programmes.
The Analytics on Azure specialisation recognises partners that demonstrate deep, proven capability in planning, designing and delivering enterprise-scale analytics solutions on Microsoft Azure. It’s not a badge that’s easily awarded. Partners must evidence real customer outcomes, certified technical expertise, commercial traction, and pass an independent third-party audit against Microsoft’s exacting standards.

For Kocho clients, this matters.
It validates that Kocho can help organisations unlock the full value of their data estates using Azure-native analytics services such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
Delivering solutions that are secure, scalable, and built for real-world enterprise demands.
What it takes to earn the specialisation
To achieve the Analytics on Azure specialisation, Kocho was required to meet a rigorous set of criteria defined by Microsoft. This included holding an active Solutions Partner for Data & AI (Azure) designation, demonstrating sustained Azure analytics consumption across live customer environments, and proving delivery capability across multiple analytics workloads.
Microsoft also requires partners to show strong technical depth. Kocho’s teams achieved and maintained advanced role-based certifications across data engineering and analytics disciplines, ensuring delivery is backed by hands-on expertise, not just architecture diagrams.
Crucially, the process culminates in a formal third-party audit, where partners must evidence repeatable delivery models, governance, security controls, and customer outcomes across multiple engagements. This audit is conducted independently and reviewed by Microsoft before the specialisation is awarded.
Achieving the Microsoft Analytics on Azure specialisation is a clear validation of the depth and maturity of our data and cloud capabilities. It reflects the quality of our people, our delivery standards, and our ability to help customers turn complex data estates into secure, scalable analytics platforms on Azure.
